Spotted on Colfax Avenue near the Colorado Boulevard intersection in Denver, CO.
I think this belongs to the HALO (high activity location observation) public area CCTV network that is operated by Denver Police. The antennas probably operate on a line-of-sight basis, similar to news trucks with remote TV uplink.
If you see silver cameras on light poles with flat directional antennas:
1) you are probably being watched
2) you are probably in a bad neighborhood
3) i wouldn't buy property therebuy repeaters
