Video of our Sansa flight touching down in Puerto Jimenez. It took about one hour from San Jose. We flew straight through a thunderstorm, but there were hardly any bumps.
We spent the first night in Santa Barbara at Finca Rosa Blanca, near San Jose. Shortly after we got there, we went for a walk up the dirt road to see if we could get a good view of the city, but all of a sudden it felt like I was being stabbed with a hot soldering iron. I was stung about ten times on my head and arms before I realized what was going on. Liz had no idea at first why I was flipping out, but when we turned back the wasps got her a few times also. I guess there are lots of mini-wasps in Costa Rica. I never saw what did it, but the manager at the hotel thought it was probably a Guatemala wasp. Anyway, I spent most of the night sleeping off the dull pain, which lasted through the morning.sansa view

Cons
As with most media players today, the battery life leaves something to be desired and with this application that is especially true. Three and a half hours is definitely not the top of the line and much improvement is needed.

Customers who compared the Myvue with other more expensive virtual glasses were pleasantly surprised that the function of these was comparable and sometimes superior. Very nice indeed particularly given the price is much lower than other models. Around $ 200 on Amazon. The reviewer commented that the image quality with the Sansa media player and the Myvue glasses was similar to being in the back of a theater watching your favorite movie or video on the big screen.
